The members of Ceann aren't Irish; they aren't even Irish-American. They pine not for the Emerald Isle but for the Steel City and the Midwest. Their new album, Almost Irish, opens with 31 (For Pittsburgh I Am Bound).

Ceann's Celtic spoof wears thin after a few songs, but this Pittsburgh-bred band does it up right in concert. The group is a big draw in its adopted home, New York.
